Supply Chain Executive VP Level

Location: Quezon City (On-site)

Work Schedule: Morning Shift, Monday-Friday

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Executive (VP Level) will lead the full end-to-end supply chain organization, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing supply chain operations. The role requires strong experience in FMCG and a proven ability to build high-performing supply chain systems that support operational excellence, demand planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management.
• Design scalable supply chain structures, systems, and processes aligned with best practices in the FMCG industry.
• Oversee demand forecasting, production planning, and replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement compliance.
• Ensure operational efficiency through KPI setting, performance tracking, and process optimization.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives in supply chain systems and tools.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team across multiple functions and sites.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless product availability.
  
  
  

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of supply chain leadership experience in FMCG.
• Proven experience setting up or scaling end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution capability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
