Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant at IBM, you will help to assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions, such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or SharePoint solution suite, to meet client needs. Leveraging a growth mindset, youre ready and willing to deliver business value, wherever needed. In your role, you may be responsible for:

• Assisting clients in selection, implementation, and support of packages
• Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management
• Run or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews
• Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios
• Use IBMs Design Thinking to help solve clients challenges
  
  

• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR: Experience working with the Employee Central platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key functions like business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects.
• Knowledge of EC Integrations: Exposure to internal and external EC integrations, including understanding of data exchange and interface protocols.
• SuccessFactors Modules: Experience working with other SuccessFactors modules, including understanding of their functionality and integration with Employee Central.
• Requirements Analysis: Experience analyzing client requirements to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
• Solution Design: Experience designing HR technology solutions that meet clients business needs, establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  
  

• External EC Integration Experience: Exposure with external EC integrations, including understanding of data exchange and interface protocols, is a plus.
• Knowledge of Other SuccessFactors Modules: Exposure to additional SuccessFactors modules, including understanding of their functionality and integration with Employee Central is an advantage.
