Salary Range: up to ₱30,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Quezon City

The role

The Student Formation and Discipline Officer is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and oversight of student discipline, character formation, and restorative behavior programs within the institution. The role ensures that student conduct policies are applied fairly, consistently, and in alignment with the school’s mission, core values, and commitment to holistic student development.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage student discipline cases in accordance with the Student Handbook and institutional policies.
  • Lead student disciplinary hearings and coordinate case management with parents, faculty, and committees.
  • Design and implement programs that promote character development, positive behavior, and restorative practices.
  • Mentor students with behavioral concerns and provide guidance for personal and moral growth.
  • Collaborate with faculty and student services to ensure consistent support for students’ formation and development.
  • Maintain accurate records, track student progress, and report on disciplinary and formation activities.
  • Review and update discipline and formation policies to align with institutional values and regulatory requirements.

What Were Looking For

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Guidance & Counseling, Education, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in student discipline, student affairs, counseling, or a related tertiary education role.
  • Experience in behavior management or formation programs is an advantage.

Skills And Competencies

  • Strong understanding of student development and behavior in tertiary settings.
  • Skilled in restorative discipline, mentorship, and conflict resolution.
  • High emotional resilience, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive cases with discretion.
  • Proficient in data management and adaptable to technological tools for student support.
