Job Description

Responsibilities

Actively searches for new sites and other retail space opportunities viable as retail stores at the locations geographically strategic to the business.
Reviews and negotiates monetary and non-monetary terms and conditions with reference to the standards and as agreed with Lessor and negotiates monetary and non-monetary terms and conditions with Lessor for the items identified as amendment, addendum to the existing contract and agreement.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree.
Must have at least two (2) years relevant work experience in store expansion, site development, and business development.
