High-Level Responsibilities

  • Offer Management. Conduct job offer discussions, ensuring candidates fully understand role expectations, compensation, and onboarding timelines.
  • Onboarding Coordination. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including collection, tracking, and validation of all pre-employment requirements.
  • Vendor Coordination. Work closely with external vendors for background checks, pre-employment medical examinations (PEME), and other onboarding requirements.
  • Reporting and Tracking. Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, reports, and dashboards to monitor progress and ensure timely completion of requirements.
  • Headcount Fulfillment Support. Ensure alignment with hiring targets by facilitating timely onboarding of candidates for Executive Partner roles.
  • Candidate Experience. Provide clear communication and support to candidates throughout the onboarding journey to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration. Partner with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless handoff from hiring to onboarding.
  • Ad Hoc Support. Assist in process improvements and other operational tasks related to onboarding and recruitment.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor onboarding timelines to ensure all candidates meet start date requirements
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of onboarding documents and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups for PEME and background checks
  • Prepare regular onboarding status reports and escalate any delays or risks
  • Maintain organized records and trackers for all onboarding activities
  • Address candidate inquiries and provide timely updates
  • Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
