Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist.

The Marketing Operations Specialists primary function shall be facilitating billing invoices through monitoring and recording.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Assist the group in reviewing, recommending, constant monitoring and managing the annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets;
• Agency Management: coordination with accredited agencies and third party organizers; coordination with Legal Department for contract monitoring and renewal;
• Payment Monitoring Report: report preparation for payment monitoring of the agency partners;
• Administrative Tasks and Special Assignments: updating of agency and the groups internal/external customers database, plastic merchandising materials annual tally, agencies and event organizers blacklist.
• The purpose of the position is to facilitate billing invoices to ensure proper monitoring and recording for easy tracking and document accuracy, to check for general discrepancies and help in their smooth servicing to MSO.
  
  

What are the Qualifications?

• Must possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any other relevant field
• With good interpersonal skill
• Has good planning and organizational skills
• Computer literate
• With Communication & coordination skills
• Background in basic Accounting
