Role Objective
We are currently seeking a “Specialist BI Analytics(Role – 4I)” for Analytics & BI Development processes. This is a hands-on technical and Individual Contributor role. This position requires that the candidate be a skilled on Power BI, Advance Excel, TSQL, Snowflake and support on Reporting and Analytics applications. The candidate needs to have strong technical knowledge and also be very structured and analytical in his/her approach.
Essential Technical Duties And Responsibilities
- 5+ years- experience where primary responsibility involves Domain Expertise, End to End Analytical mindset, Expertise in Advance Analytical tools.
- Should know how to develop Transition Tool Kit, Documentations, SOP, Artifacts
- Should know all data driven technologies and have hands-on in End to End Analytics which include Story-telling, Descriptive, Diagnostics, Predictive and Prescriptive Analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate the complex to simple and easier terms for business leaders and users of data.
- Advanced Power BI report design and development.
- Will be responsible for END TO END BI & Visualization solutions development and projects delivery across multiple clients.
- Proficient in making DAX queries in Power BI desktop.
- Drive the development and analysis of data, reporting automation, Dash boarding, and business intelligence programs.
- Should have knowledge and skills for Cloud Computing such as Microsoft Azure
- Would be supporting in consulting engagement and should be able to articulate and architect the solution effectively to bring-in the values which data analytics & visualization solution can deliver.
- Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop.
- In-depth understanding of database management systems and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
- Good knowledge/expertise on different versions of .Microsoft Sql Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2017, 2020
- Connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence.
- Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements.
- Able to properly understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources.
Qualifications
- College Graduate
- 5 + years’ experience in Reporting and Analytics with Power BI, TSQL and Tableau must have prior experience on Relational Database and BI developer using SQL server, SSIS, Power BI, Tableau, Advance Excel.
- Extensive experience on Design and develop relational database models/schemas and Query performance tuning and write ad-hoc T-SQL queries.
- Experience with advanced query design, stored procedures, views and functions.
- Experience with SQL Server & Data Warehouse Concepts.
- Working knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with technical and business resources at many levels in a manner that supports progress and success.
