Sourcing Associate

Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate supports the recruitment team by sourcing, screening engaging, and qualifying candidates across multiple roles.

This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market research, and initial candidate screening

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to validate skills, experience, and role fit
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline tracking in the ATS
• Support employer branding efforts and talent market mapping when needed
  
  

Qualifications

• OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES!!
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in psychology, HR, or related fields
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
