About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect (Manager-level IC role) to design innovative and commercially viable BPO solutions that support business growth. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Operations, Workforce Management, Pricing, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to develop winning client solutions, respond to RFPs, and support strategic business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end BPO and Customer Experience (CX) solutions based on client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operational and commercial solution designs
• Support RFP, RFI, and proposal development for new business opportunities
• Build staffing, pricing, and cost models in partnership with Operations, WFM, Pricing, and Finance
• Participate in client discovery sessions, solution workshops, and presentations
• Ensure proposed solutions are operationally feasible, commercially competitive, and aligned with business objectives
• Support transition planning and handover to delivery teams following successful deal closure
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Design, Commercial Solutioning, or a related role within the BPO industry
• Proven experience supporting RFP/RFI responses, bid management, or pre-sales activities
• Strong understanding of BPO operations, Contact Center Outsourcing (CCO), Customer Experience (CX), or Omnichannel service delivery
• Experience working with commercial pricing, staffing models, or workforce planning is highly preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
