Your Role:

As An SQA Analyst, You Will

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for a customized healthcare workflow product.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities within tight deadlines.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Work closely with other test team members and the customer-facing professional services function.
• Self-manage your workload.
• Write and execute test plans for the most common trials, reports, and updates.
• Identify and report all obvious defects within the application and reports.
• Additional related tasks, duties, and projects as assigned.
  
  

Day-to-day tasks could include:

• Creating test cases and test plans based on approved client specifications in TestRail.
• Executing test cases in TestRail and logging bugs in Jira when configuration does not meet the requirements.
• Communicating with the U.S.-based team through email/Slack on testing status.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 1+ years’ experience in a similar software testing role.
• Familiar with test case creation and coverage.
• Able to manually test and spot issues when something hasn’t been coded to specifications.
• Foundational knowledge of software QA practices and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong manual testing background.
• Basic experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Trello, as well as other software tools used in day-to-day job activities.
• Ability to run database queries and interpret data.
