Basic Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver soft skills training programs.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and activities.
  • Assess training needs and tailor programs to different employee groups.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Education, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in delivering soft skills training.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills with strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple training sessions with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel or conduct onsite/virtual training sessions.
