Job Description

Basic Responsibilities

Design and deliver soft skills training programs.
Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and activities.
Assess training needs and tailor programs to different employee groups.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Education, or any related field.
Proven experience in delivering soft skills training.
Proficient in verbal and written communication skills with strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to manage multiple training sessions with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel or conduct onsite/virtual training sessions.
