Your Role:

As a Social Media And E-Commerce Assistant, You Will

• Support daily posting, editing, and scheduling of social media content across platforms.
• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community management.
• Help organize influencer and seeding campaigns, including shipment tracking and logistics.
• Maintain Shopify product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Support basic order management and customer inquiries.
• Prepare content calendars, trackers, and promotional reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for paid ad creatives and social performance updates.
• Assist with presentation decks, reports, and other administrative tasks.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in social media management and e-commerce support.
• Shopify experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• Proficiency in Canva, basic photo/video editing.
• Familiarity with Asana or similar workflow tools.
• Basic understanding of paid advertising strategies.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
