Job Description
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate work schedules and manage subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
- Monitor project progress and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in construction or site supervision.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; knowledge of safety regulations.
- Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating subcontractors.
- Outdoor environment, potentially in adverse weather, may require lifting and prolonged standing.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
