Were looking for three (3) detail-oriented Service Delivery Purchase Order Agents to join our team and support IT service delivery across multiple regions. Each agent will be dedicated to a specific region—AMS, EMEA, or APAC—ensuring seamless procurement and purchase order management for our global operations.

Location & Schedule

Shift: Depending on assigned region:

AMS Agent: Night Shift (US business hours)

EMEA Agent: Mid Shift / Evening Shift (European business hours)

APAC Agent: Day Shift / Morning Shift (Asia-Pacific business hours)

What Youll Do

• Assist in creating and managing purchase orders based on ticket details with accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure quick response, ownership of tickets/requests, and perform daily monitoring, updating, and effective resolution via the helpdesk.
• Manage request delivery using FIFO (first-in, first-out) based on priority, ensuring client SLAs are continuously met or exceeded.
• Provide timely status updates through ticketing software/s while maintaining accuracy and visibility of requests.
• Demonstrate above-average communication skills, flexibility in a project-based environment, and amenability to shifting schedules (24/7), onsite work, with intermediate knowledge of IT SLAs/metrics.
  
  

Requirements

What You Need:

• Above average communications skills (both written and verbal).
• Amenability to work on shifting schedules, including possibly working on weekends and holidays as the company operates 24/7.
• Amenability to work onsite.
• Hands on experience on Xero
• Intermediate knowledge and understanding of IT SLAs and/or metrics
