Your Role And Responsibilities

As a senior Workday Reporting & BI Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering reporting and business analytics solutions using Workday to clients. This role involves working closely with the project team to design, implement, and support these solutions. As a senior consultant must have a strong understanding of Workdays reporting and BI capabilities, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Client-Centric Workday Solution Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their reporting and BI needs, and then design and implement solutions that meet those needs while also aligning with the clients overall business objectives.
• Excellence in Workday Reporting & BI: Assure successful Workday Reporting & BI deliverables on Analytics engagements, including implementation, upgrade and extension of existing applications.
• Proactive Approach to Continuous Improvement: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for these solutions, ensuring that they continue to meet the clients needs and provide value.
  
  

• Professional Expertise with Workday Reporting & Business Intelligence: Hands-on Workday Reporting & Business Intelligence experience with a minimum of 2-3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Workday Adaptive knowledge: Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning models
• Certification: active Workday certification holder
  
  

• Familiarity with Workday modules: Including Workday HCM Core, Compensation & Finanical
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.
