The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from start to finish. This includes ownership and facilitation of all recruitment activities.
Talent Fulfillment
Conduct full-cycle recruitment to build our team of Outsourced professionals who will provide services to our global client base.
Partner with Company Owners/Lead Developers to understand their business and recruiting needs and establish effective recruiting strategies.
Build relationships with both executive-level and managers/leads/clients and support their hiring needs.
Create effective job postings with the collaboration of company owners/lead developers.
Utilize various recruiting sources to identify candidates, such as internet sites and job boards (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc), professional associations, and passive candidate recruiting strategies.
Conduct interviews using competency-based interviewing techniques to ensure candidates meet all job specifications, including organizational and cultural fit.
Prepare candidate summaries highlighting relevant experience and qualifications. Refer shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and make recommendations regarding hiring decisions. Participate in all stages of the selection process (scheduling interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiations).
Draft and submit employment offers to HR, who will extend the contract to selected candidates.
Produce weekly recruiting reports and monthly applicant flow reports
Help implement, optimize, and maintain our ATS to ensure useful metrics and analytics.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology ,or equivalent.
At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu
Proven track record of identifying top talent by quickly assessing core competencies and cultural fit, both by phone and in person.
Excellent sourcing skills and creative approaches to attracting passive candidates through LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and other talent platforms.
Ability to manage a workload of 15-20 positions simultaneously, performing full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer.
Experience in building strong talent pipelines for multiple job openings concurrently.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9PM to 6AM
Location
Eastwood/Cebu/Alabang/Pampanga office
Hybrid set-up:
Hired staff are expected to report to the office at least 10 times/month (remaining working days are WFH)
Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
