Senior Recruitment Analyst

Position Summary

The Senior Recruitment Analyst for the Tenet Centralized Recruitment Group will be assisting in efficiently maintaining all job boards which includes posting and un-posting positions, updating job descriptions, creating welcome emails that include offer letters with pre-employment instructions and partnering with the centralized recruitment team to perform additional onboarding tasks. This is an essential element of the recruitment service level agreements (SLA) for Tenet Healthcare and affiliated organizations.

Responsibilities and Dutie

• sConduct initial phone screens and technical evaluations to create shortlists of qualified candidates that will be endorsed to the hiring managers
