Senior Package Manager - Electrical

Purpose

Accountable for the delivery of MEP services on projects to the agreed outcomes for time, budget, safety and quality requirements. Ensures high-quality, time-efficient and profitable delivery, whilst providing leadership and accountability for compliance, governance, assurance and management of teams of Technical and Construction.

Builds and retains key working relationships with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and developing MEP teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration and excellence.
• Delivering MEP services across programme, quality, commissioning and project performance objectives.
• Building trusted relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Driving procurement, tendering, commercial reviews and design coordination to achieve project outcomes.
• Developing and implementing delivery, commissioning and sustainability strategies aligned with Mace priorities.
• Managing risk, performance, project close-out and continuous improvement while coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Formal engineering qualification or recognized technical apprenticeship.
• Strong MEP delivery, planning, commissioning and commercial management expertise.
• Sound knowledge of construction sequencing, risk and project controls.
• SMSTS, CSCS and a commitment to health, safety and quality excellence.
