Job Description

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructures.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure network security and integrity.
Collaborate with IT teams to optimize network configurations.
Document network designs and configurations.
Stay updated on the latest networking technologies.
Provide technical support and guidance to users.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or related roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in After-Sales and Pre-Sale Technical Support, network configuration, troubleshooting, and security practices.
Responsibilities and Duties: Design, implement, and maintain network systems; provide technical support; collaborate with sales teams.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential travel for client meetings.
Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
At least Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent
Must be knowledgeable in Virtual Machine.
Must be knowledgeable in Firewall.
Must be knowledgeable in CCTV Setup.
Must be knowledgeable in layer 3 switch
Must be knowledgeable in layer 2 switch
Must be knowledgeable in license software.
Familiar with LAN, WLAN, VLAN, TRUNK, ACCESS, NAS, routing
Must be knowledgeable in WLAN setup.
Must be knowledgeable in server hardware and software installation.
