This senior role provides an opportunity to lead Agile delivery at scale and mentor teams across complex initiatives. As a Senior IT Scrum Lead, you will contribute to our mission by ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and enabling high-performing teams. You’ll gain leadership experience, global exposure, and access to advanced Agile practices.
Position Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
- Act as a coach and trainer for Scrum Teams and stakeholders on Agile principles.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Leads, Agile Coaches, and Release Train Engineers.
- Ensure Scrum framework compliance and foster a safe environment for innovation.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to maintain backlog and clarify priorities.
- Maintain Scrum artifacts and support continuous improvement.
- Shift Schedule: Fixed Schedule – 8am to 5pm EST.
- Work set-up: 3-day work on site per week in Quezon City
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Scrum Foundation Certification and Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe).
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and Scrum framework.
- Effective communication and risk mitigation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodology.
- Experience in monitoring and performance management.
