Your Role And Responsibilities

As a IBM Maximo Developer youll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. This role involves creating and modifying application components, integrating software packages, and ensuring compatibility across various platforms. The developer will also develop, test, and maintain reports, interfaces, data conversions, and enhancements, leveraging IBM Maximo and related tools. The focus is on creating efficient, reliable, and maintainable EAM solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proven experience in IBM Maximo development and customization
• Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and Maximo configuration tools
• Hands-on experience with MBOs, Automation Scripts, and BIRT reporting
• Familiarity with Maximo workflows, escalations, and cron tasks
• Experience integrating Maximo using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and middleware platforms
• Solid understanding of Maximo upgrade processes and performance tuning
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation

• Knowledge of IT security standards and data governance practices
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in the context of Maximo
