As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in elevating our brands visual identity and ensuring consistency across all marketing and communications materials. You will lead the design and production of high-quality visual assets that align with our brand strategy and support various marketing initiatives, contributing to enhanced brand awareness and engagement. This role requires a creative and experienced designer with a strong portfolio, capable of translating complex concepts into compelling visual stories.
Main Activities And Responsibilities
Design and produce a wide range of marketing and communications materials, including but not limited to, digital ads, social media graphics, website visuals, presentations, brochures and event collateral, adhering to brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager - Brand, Marketing Managers, and Communications Managers to understand project requirements and deliver visually impactful solutions.
Develop and maintain design templates and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
Provide creative direction and feedback on design projects, ensuring high visual standards and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and innovation of visual outputs.
Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Assist in the creation of visual content for internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Utilise design software and tools effectively to create and manage design assets.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows, file management and storage.
Basic web development and optimisation.
Act ethically with integrity and honesty to uphold the company’s compliance culture and high standards of business conduct.
Comply with privacy, data protection, and information security policies when handling personal and company data.
Support the company’s speak-up culture by reporting any suspected or actual improper conduct.
Qualifications And Typical Experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related creative field.
5-8 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a significant portion in a senior role, preferably within a corporate or agency setting, or B2B technology/outsourcing sectors.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating creative versatility.
Experience in brand identity development and governance is highly desirable.
