About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled DevOps Engineer to support the project of our client. This role is responsible for bridging development and operations teams by implementing and managing DevOps practices that streamline the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will drive automation, optimize infrastructure and deployment processes, and ensure the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage DevOps practices to improve software delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-based platforms and services on Azure IaaS and PaaS.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and related technologies.
• Support IT Service Management processes, including incident, change, and request management.
• Collaborate closely with development, operations, and vendor teams to support large-scale implementations.
• Ensure stability and performance of production environments for critical business initiatives.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of extensive experience leading large-scale implementations of DevOps-related technologies.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud (IaaS and PaaS).
• Advanced knowledge of DevOps tools and IaC programming, including Terraform, Python, and PowerShell.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and repository management (GitHub, Jenkins, or similar tools).
• Experience working with IT Service Management processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
• Can start immediately, if possible.
  
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Terraform with strong infrastructure coding and configuration expertise.
• Azure Databricks with hands-on experience in building, deployment, and maintenance.
• GitHub for repository management and request handling.
• Candidates with strong expertise in at least two of the core tools (Terraform, Azure Databricks, Azure Cloud) may be considered.
• Azure Cloud PaaS and IaaS platforms.
• Background as both a developer and administrator is highly preferred.
