Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a Senior Australian Bookkeeper to join our team and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, payroll, reconciliations, and monthly management reporting. This is a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper with strong Xero knowledge, Australian payroll compliance experience, and excellent attention to detail to take on a senior role while supporting and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial data entry, reconciliations, and payroll review.
• Assist in reviewing business and instalment activity statements.
• Preparation and review of monthly payroll tax reconciliations.
• Preparation of monthly management reporting and reconciliations.
• Provide support to junior team members as and when required.
• Support onboarding and training new hires.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and client requirements.
  
  

• 3 years of relevant Australian experience, including payroll processing
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, including payroll
• At least 1-2 years in an intermediate bookkeeper role
• Strong understanding of Xero and Microsoft Office tools
• Understanding of Australian payroll compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  

• Salary Range: PHP 40,000 to PHP 60,000 (depending on experience)
• Work Setup: Work-from-home in the Philippines
• Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week, 8 hours per day from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM South Australian Time with 1 hour break (work hours will adjust for daylight savings time)
