About The Job
The primary role of Security Operations Officer is to ensure strong physical security posture in NCR office sites to protect HC employees and company assets through efficient implementation of security-related policies, operation of security systems equipment, management of security service provider and response to incidents and/or emergency.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct office inspection and effectively monitor office premises via surveillance system, and take appropriate professional remedial action to events seen
- Undertake operation of all security systems equipment such as CCTV, DACS, Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS), Public Address System and others on rotating shift patterns, 365 days a year, including weekend and holidays.
- Carry out regular equipment checks and basic security systems equipment troubleshooting, and report all equipment faults to immediate superior.
- Support in monitoring performance of security service provider and in conducting daily Security Briefing to reiterate with them their responsibilities, address concerns immediately, and communicate process updates for implementation, in case Security Operations OIC is not available.
- Cater through ticketing system the customer requests related to employee ID printing, access enrollment and revocation, locks and keys, investigations, and other security services.
- Ensure that only authorized personnel are granted access in office premises and critical rooms where restricted company physical and information assets are stored.
- Observe the established procedure in processing, recording, and tagging of personal information (Employee ID and Signature, CCTV and DACS data).
What You Need To Have
- Must be willing to work on weekends and extended shifts if needed
- Must be amenable to work in Cubao, Quezon City
- With at least 1 year of security professional experience
- Experience in Security systems software and hardware (Operations)
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Emergency management experience
- Technical Report Writing
