The Security Manager will oversee and implement security protocols for all ongoing construction projects of Robinsons Land Corporation. This role ensures the safety and protection of personnel, assets, and property during project execution, while maintaining compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce security plans for all construction sites and projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure site security.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate threats.
  • Manage security personnel and monitor performance across multiple project locations.
  • Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate safety policies and relevant laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in construction or real estate.
  • Strong leadership, risk assessment, and crisis management skills.
  • Knowledge of security technologies and regulatory standards.
