Security Managed Services Practitioner

Deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience.

Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will spend your day overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. Your role involves ensuring that security measures are effectively implemented to maintain protection, compliance, and operational resilience. You will engage with various stakeholders to monitor security postures, respond to incidents, and support continuous improvement initiatives that uphold the integrity and reliability of client systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align security objectives with organizational goals. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor and evaluate security service delivery to ensure adherence to established standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance Platform Operations. - Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance requirements. - Experience with security incident response and vulnerability management processes. - Familiarity with security information and event management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and interpret security metrics to drive informed decision-making. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance Platform Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
