Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams, making critical decisions, and providing solutions to complex security challenges while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on security objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Malware Engineering Operations. - Strong understanding of threat analysis and incident response. - Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards. - Proficient in security tools and technologies for malware detection and prevention. - Solid grasp of network security principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Malware Engineering Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
