Must have Skills : Web Application Firewall (WAF) Job Requirements : Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at designing, building, and protecting enterprise systems and applications. Your typical day will involve applying your security expertise to safeguard information and infrastructures, while also collaborating with various teams to address cyber threats and enhance security measures across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. - Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to enhance the organizations security posture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Web Application Firewall (WAF). - Strong understanding of network security protocols and practices. - Experience with threat modeling and risk assessment methodologies. - Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and OWASP. - Knowledge of incident response and disaster recovery planning. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Web Application Firewall (WAF). - This position is based at our Manila office.
