Position: Search Engine Marketing Manager

Location: Manila

Work setup & shift: Hybrid (Ability to work on-site 2x a week) | 8 AM to 5 PM, Mondays through Fridays

Your Role: As a Search Engine Marketing Manager you will:

• Develop and manage integrated paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, paid social, and display platforms.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution, covering account structure, keyword/audience strategy, bidding, and ad creative development.
• Monitor and optimize performance against key KPIs such as CPL, CAC, conversion rate, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Manage paid media budgets, forecasts, and pacing to ensure efficient spend allocation and maximum return
• Lead ongoing A/B testing across ads, creative formats, and landing pages to drive continuous performance improvements.
• Implement and optimize conversion tracking, attribution models, and tagging frameworks like GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Produce regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of hands-on paid media experience, with deep expertise in paid search.
• Strong experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and tag management tools.
• Proven capability in managing and scaling paid search programs with measurable ROI results.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience within B2B or high-consideration buying environments.
• Google Ads and/or relevant paid media platform certifications.
• Demonstrated capability in conversion rate optimization and complex attribution modeling.
