Job Title: RChilli SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant who brings a

strong combination of technical integration expertise, functional understanding of

hiring processes, and hands-on experience with SAP AI Joule. The ideal

candidate will support implementation, enhancement, and optimization of

SuccessFactors Recruiting modules, while also leveraging SAP’s AI capabilities

to enable smarter, automated talent processes.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities (Recruiting Processes)

 Configure Functional Components Including

  • Job Requisition modules
  • Candidate Profile and Application Templates (CDM, CPT)
  • Recruiting Workflows

 Provide functional guidance to RChilli technical team on how to integrate RChilli

API to SAP SuccessFactors job requisitions and candidate modules

 Configure/Create AI agents in SAP SuccessFactor application focused on

automating recruiting processes leveraging RChilli solutions.

 Provide end-to-end testing for RChilli solutions in SAP SuccessFactors

application

 Provide trainings and create documentations for RChilli solutions for SAP

SuccessFactors

Technical Responsibilities (Integrations & System Configuration)

 Build, Maintain, And Troubleshoot Integrations Using

  • OData APIs
  • SF Recruiting APIs
  • Integration Center

 Work closely with RChilli technical teams to create or enhance end-to-end

Interfaces For

  • Candidates modules
  • Job Requisitions modules
  • Job Application
  • Candidate end-to-end on-oarding

AI & Automation Responsibilities (SAP AI Joule)

 Utilize SAP AI Joule to automate and improve recruiting workflows and HR

decision-making.

 Configure And Activate AI-driven Recommendations For

  • Candidate matching
  • Job description generation
  • Screening and shortlisting

 Stay current with SAPs AI roadmap and ensure alignment with best practices

and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

Management

 Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end candidate management and job

requisition lifecycle.

 Solid Technical Experience With

  • OData APIs
  • SF API frameworks
  • Integration Center
  • XML configuration
  • SAP AI Joule Studio

 Practical knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

 Experience supporting data integrations, data mapping, and error monitoring.

 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certification preferred.

Nice-to-Have

 Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors modules (Onboarding or Employee

Central).

 Basic familiarity with JSON, REST concepts, or SQL for troubleshooting

integrations.

 Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
