Your Role And Responsibilities

• Provide operational Support for 1000+ interfaces across all SAP Middleware applications and environments (including failure reporting and mapping analysis)
• Develop, test, and implement fixes and functional enhancements to existing interfaces
• Provide testing support of end to end BAU interfaces for monthly / major releases
• Seek opportunities to introduce self-healing / retry functionality into existing interfaces, and reduce failure points
• Support regular weekly / monthly maintenance activities and planned outages
• Maintain up to date support documentation of all BAU interfaces
• Coordinate yearly password rotations and certificate updates
• Support PGP encryption within the Middleware applications / interfaces
  
  

• Experience SAP PI/PO in an AMS Environment
• Knowledgeable in BRM and BPM
