SAP CoE Technical Specialist ABAP HANA

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Work with SAP COE team to establish development best practices, guidelines, and quality gates to SAP Delivery Teams.
• Establish and enforce development guidelines and best practices for SAP projects.
• Review technical design documents and application builds to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality standards.
• Set up deployment processes and code quality gates to maintain high standards in application delivery.
• Utilize hands-on experience in database modeling, SAP HANA, CDS views, and performance fine-tuning and optimization.
• Work with RICEWFS (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) to ensure effective application functionality.
• Guide and mentor SAP Delivery Teams in best practices and innovative solutions.
• Ensure familiarity with both cloud and on-premise development tools and technologies to enhance development processes.
• BTP Side-by-side extensions for S4 HANA
• BTP Cloud Platform Integration (Integration Suite ) /SAP PO Expertise is required
• Expert on SAP Integration Technology (REST, SOAP, ODATA, File based ..)
  

• Proven experience in SAP application development with strong ABAP programming and integration skills.
• Experience in ABAP and extensions/clean core, OData, CDS, Performance Tuning/Optimization
• Experience in application performance fine-tuning.
• Strong understanding of development guidelines, deployment processes, and code quality standards.
• Hands-on experience in database modeling, CDS views, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with RICEWFS methodologies.
• Experience in developing central SAP knowledge-sharing repository.
• Excellent mentoring and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills; analytical and creative problem solving skills.
• Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub).
  
  

• SAP ABAP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience in SAP UX (Fiori/UI).
• Experience in Integration Suite/CPI – S/4HANA Architecture and Integration Suite is a plus.
• Functional knowledge in SAP FI, MM, and Billing will be an added advantage.
• Experience in SAP COE will be an added advantage.
• Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) /Reporting will be added advantages.
