About The Role

Xtreme Works Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office.

What youll be doing

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your existing accounts
  • Regularly report on account performance, highlighting key metrics and insights
  • Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and support the growth of the wider team

What were looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing sales or account management role, preferably in the Sales industry
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic client accounts
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and address client needs
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of CRM systems and sales-related software
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field
