Your Role

Were looking for an energetic & experienced Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is critical to driving pipeline growth by generating qualifi ed opportunities for our Account Executives, with the primary focus on outbound. Youll be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and nurturing relationships with potential SMB & Enterprise customers. Our customers range in size from SMB building, architecture, and interior design fi rms to large enterprise customers.

This position is ideal for someone who is eager to hone their sales skills, thrives on challenge, and is excited by the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, early-stage startup company. We expect you to have a record of stellar SDR or sales performance and passion for delivering value to customers.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B experience in an SDR, BDR, or sales role at a software or technology company.
  • A proven track record in software or technology sales, exceeding your KPIs and success metrics (because you’re a rockstar!)
  • Ability to identify customer pain points, articulate value and determine/share what’s important to people you engage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with and engaging decision makers and C-level executives.
  • High energy, resilience, and ability to handle rejection while staying motivated.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing high activity volume. Familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A growth mindset — eager to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve.
  • A high degree of motivation and exceptional drive to succeed – proactive, curious, and tenacious are words that describe you.
