Job Description

  • Identify and engage potential clients who may benefit from XScribe’s ERP, HRMS, and software services.
  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations to introduce XScribe solutions.
  • Understand client business processes and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Negotiate proposals and agreements with prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure long-term engagement.
  • Build relationships with sales professionals and business partners from other companies to identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Has strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Is comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers
  • Enjoys building relationships and expanding professional networks
  • Has strong account management and client relationship skills
  • Is proactive and motivated to achieve sales targets
  • Is interested in helping businesses adopt technology-driven solutions
