Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Recommend products or services based on customer needs.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Process sales transactions and handle payments.
- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.
- Keep the sales area clean and presentable.
- Assist with promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not required).
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
