Your Role

As an Risk Analyst, you will:

• Risk & Quality Data Analysis: Research supplier risk information and collate datasets to draft quality performance reports, risk registers, and executive assurance summaries.
• Business Management System & Document Control: Administer the Business Management System (BMS), act as Document Controller, and enforce proper recordkeeping across physical and digital archives.
• PowerBI Dashboard Maintenance: Maintain, update, and audit PowerBI risk dashboards to ensure accurate risk metrics and visualization for internal stakeholders.
• Standards Monitoring & Change Management: Track changes to Australian and International standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 31000) and draft impact analyses and change notifications.
• Governance & Systems Administration: Support governance across Group Risk platforms (e.g., BMS, Cintellate, MCATS) by providing user support and consulting internal stakeholders.
• Internal Risk Communications: Maintain internal communication channels (e.g., Monocle, Microsoft Teams sites) to promote risk awareness and quality compliance.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Analytical & Data Reporting Skills: Proven ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize complex operational datasets into clear quality and risk reports.
• PowerBI & Data Visualization: Practical experience maintaining and updating PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Document Control & BMS Administration: Demonstrated background in document control, maintaining business management systems, and managing structured filing archives.
• Standards & Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with risk and quality frameworks and experience evaluating Australian or International standards.
• Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Rigorous self-review process to ensure data integrity, procedure compliance, and accurate recordkeeping.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Practical exposure to risk management software platforms (e.g., Cintellate, MCATS, or similar enterprise GRC systems).
• Experience with ISO frameworks (ISO 31000 Risk Management, ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems).
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills within a corporate risk or audit department.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel for data manipulation, SharePoint/Teams for channel administration).
