The Retail Services Specialist - Shopper Journey and Experience is responsible for designing and optimizing store layouts to enhance customer experience and drive sales. This role involves collaborating with merchandising and store operations teams to ensure strategic product placement, planning floor space for optimal traffic flow, and supporting the implementation of layout improvements. The specialist also conducts store visits to identify opportunities for enhancement and provides training on best practices in store layout and displays.
