About The Role

We're looking for a Retail Services Specialist Business Applications to provide functional IT support, ensure the reliability of business applications, and deliver excellent user support. In this role, you'll help maintain smooth day-to-day operations, support system enhancements, and develop reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides functional support for non-ERP and internally developed business applications, including troubleshooting system issues and assisting end-users.
  • Conducts promotion testing before deployment to ensure accurate system configuration and minimize post-release issues.
  • Develops and maintain Supply Chain reports and dashboards to support operational and business requirements.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve application concerns and recommend continuous improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in IT application support, business systems, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge in report generation, and dashboard development is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
