Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market presence.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to refine brand positioning.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Manage the brand budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
Ensure the consistency of the brand message across all channels and platforms.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Brand Director Should Have

A strong background in marketing and brand management within the retail industry.
Proven expertise in managing marketing agencies and campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer behavior.
Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation.
