Your Role

As a Repairs & Maintenance Compliance Analyst, you will:

Assess real-time performance work orders for compliance to priority and delivery against rectification timelines using MMS (Maintenance Management System) data.

Leverage existing reports and develop new reporting tools from data within the Maintenance Management System.

Monitor and actively follow up on Priority 1 and 2 critical jobs to minimize operational downtime.

Identify trends, recurring failures, and sub-optimal decisions to facilitate long-term solutions that reduce repeat spend.

Collaborate with the Australian Operations team to gather context regarding specific work order priorities.

Non-negotiables

• Strong analytical and data interrogation capability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement across PH and AU teams
• High responsiveness and the ability to thrive in fast-paced operational environments
• Ability to work as a fully integrated extension of the Australian business in the Australian time zone
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience
• Experience with data reporting tools
• Previous experience in a compliance or independent oversight role
