Your Role

As a Recruitment Officer - Account Management, you will:

• Act as a strategic Talent Account Partner, driving end-to-end recruitment success through deep collaboration with client stakeholders and tight synergy with our internal recruitment delivery team.
• This role blends talent acquisition expertise, consultative client relationship management, and delivery orchestration to ensure alignment between client hiring demands and fulfillment capabilities.
• Serve as the central bridge between client needs and delivery execution—ensuring high-quality candidate matches, optimized hiring cycles, and strong, lasting partnerships across both sides of the account up to successful candidate placement.
  
  

Talent Account Partnership & Client Advisory

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with client stakeholders and account leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and hiring plans
• Lead account calibration sessions, job requirement deep-dives, and service level agreement (SLA) reviews to ensure clear alignment on candidate profiles
• Provide proactive talent market insights, salary benchmarking, and consultative recruitment solutions to address changing client demands
  
  

Delivery Team Synergy & Execution

• Partner seamlessly with internal recruitment delivery teams and sourcing specialists, translating client requirements into actionable recruitment strategies
• Monitor fulfillment progress, manage pipeline health, and work closely with delivery recruiters to resolve hiring bottlenecks and maintain swift turnaround times
• Ensure consistent candidate quality and profile alignment before presentation to client hiring managers
  
  

End-to-End Talent Acquisition Management

• Oversee the full recruitment workflow for assigned accounts—from intake to candidate assessment, client interviews, and offer extension
• Lead offer strategy and candidate negotiations in close coordination with client partners and delivery teams
• Deliver a high-touch, seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection and offer process
  
  

Data-Driven Account Insights & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., SLA fulfillment, time-to-fill, interview-to-hire ratios, and candidate drop-out rates)
• Lead periodic recruitment reviews with client stakeholders and delivery leaders using data to drive continuous improvement and strategy adjustments
• Identify risk areas in account fulfillment and implement proactive interventions to maintain steady delivery pipelines
  
  

What You Need

• Proven experience in a Talent Account Partner, Client Relationship Recruiter, or Account Management Recruitment role within an RPO, BPO, or offshore managed services environment
• Strong background in managing client relationships while collaborating closely with offshore or centralized recruitment delivery teams
• Demonstrated expertise in candidate assessment, pipeline management, and talent acquisition best practices
• Solid track record of managing recruitment SLAs, account fulfillment metrics, and client expectations
• Stakeholder management, consultation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate complex client dynamics and lead collaborative teams
