Job Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing (Seek, database, Facebook groups etc.)
• Resume screening against job briefs
• Conducting initial phone screens (availability, tickets/licences, location, pay expectations, work rights, reliability etc.)
• Shortlisting suitable candidates
• Scheduling interviews for me to begin with (and potentially also conducting interviews further down the track)
• Timesheet follow-ups
• Bulk sms/ email campaigns for high-volume roles
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word expertise, experience with Microsoft Outlook, ability to learn other applications.
• Degree qualified desirable

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to identify issues and proactively communicate them.
• Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates a positive, solutions-focused attitude, takes accountability for mistakes, learns from feedback, and seeks guidance when required.
  
  

Prior Experience

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working in recruitment, ideally supporting Australian clients or labour-hire environments. Proven experience in candidate sourcing across multiple channels (job boards, databases, social media), resume screening, and conducting initial phone screens is essential. Experience managing high-volume roles, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment administration such as timesheets and candidate communications will be highly regarded. Familiarity with Australian work rights, licences, and employment requirements is an advantage.
