Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with the business unit of the customer organization and provide them with financial accounting support, in particular on period-end close of the General Ledger so as to be able to report financial results in a timely and accurate manner.

Support financial control over the General Ledger mainly through the process of account reconciliations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Resource must have either of the following requirements (number of skills will be dependent on the project):

Journal Entries

Bookkeeping

Trial Balance

Accounts / Bank Reconciliation

Inventory

Fixed Assets

Profit and Loss Statement

Audit

Financial and Income Statements

Balance Sheet

Intercompany

Preferences:

General Ledger

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Cost Reporting

Treasury

Contract Compliance

Audit

General Accounting

Payroll

ERP Systems (SAP/Oracle)

Analytical ability

International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)

Minimum of Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting).

With at least 5 to 7 years of RTR experience

With 3 years of supervisory experience

Good communication skills

Amenable to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig

Amenable to work in Full RTO and nigh shift schedule
