Receptionist

The primary role is to welcome and attend to the needs of employees and HCPH guests in their use of the office facilities and to help make their stay and use of office space and assets as efficient, safe and productive as possible.

What You’ll Do

• :Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
• .Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
• .Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges/ID as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
• .Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and messengerial related documents
• .Preparing meeting and training rooms
• .Answering & screening phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
• .Assist Facilities Assistant in inventory and monitoring of supplie
• sSorting and distributing mail
