Job Description

The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for managing and marketing Alveo Land's real estate portfolio (condo, residential lots, office and commercial lots) in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers through online and offline platforms.
  • Negotiating deals with clients, site visit tours and facilitating documents to complete a sale.
  • Advise clients about real estate market conditions, prices and investment potential of products.
  • Meet required sales quota every quarter.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not required
  • Preferably with sales background (insurance, car, retail, etc)
