Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelor degree preferably Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, and any business related courses.

At least 1 year experience in a

Purchasing

role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software (Odoo).

Responsibilities

Experience with Odoo ERP software is specifically required.

Responsible for sourcing, ordering, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods, materials, and services required for company operations.

Identify potential vendors, request quotes, and negotiate competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms.

Process purchase orders (POs) via ERP/software, tracking orders up to delivery.

Experience With ERP Software Systems Is Required At Hire.

Coordination with Accounting Department for order payments.
