Job Description

Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of L&D projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, address challenges, and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary liaison between various stakeholders, including HR, sales teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment on product development objectives.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to gather feedback and ensure all parties are informed of project developments.

Evaluation And Reporting

  • Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of new training products and initiatives.
  • Analyze data from evaluations to inform continuous improvement strategies for L&D offerings.
