Your Role

Key Responsibilities

• Factory Communication & Management --Serve as the day-to-day contact for all factory partners in
  
  

China.

• Track and drive production timelines, proactively addressing delays or issues. -Project File & Production Oversight
• Maintain accurate project files with product specifications, quantities, and
  
  

milestones.

• Confirm all items match approved tech packs and samples.
• Timeline & Stakeholder Coordination
• Monitor schedules and provide regular updates to the Accounts Manager and
  
  

internal stakeholders.

• Flag risks or delays early and recommend solutions to keep projects on
  
  

track.

• Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare concise, coherent weekly and monthly reports covering
  
  

factory status, risks, and timeline adherence.

• Present data clearly for leadership and cross-
  
  

functional teams to inform decisions.

• Quality & Risk Control
• Implement and follow weekly risk-
  
  

assessment checklists to ensure factories meet quality, compliance, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with the production team to validate materials, trims, and final output.
  
  

What You Need

Skills & Experience Preferred:

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in apparel production, sourcing, or supply-chain coordination (streetwear/sportswear a plus).
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Mandarin or
  
  

Cantonese an advantage.

• Exceptional reporting and documentation skills—able to turn complex
  
  

updates into clear, actionable insights.

• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to
  
  

detail.

• Ability to work independently across time zones and manage multiple projects
  
  

simultaneously.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) and Excel/Google Sheets.
